I never thought much about writing, it always came naturally in order to give structure to verbalise those images, sequences and stories in my mind, to share them and make them become reality.
Everything, from the most banal task to the most complex emotion, all of it conveys a story. And to every story there is a key on how to be put into words, whether for short, feature or serial formats or for animation, original, adapted.
DIRECTOR
As a kid, I always wanted to become a director. Not because I wanted one of those cool chairs, but rather because I always thought in moving pictures.
With a background in acting, drama and photography, as well as over two decades experience in directing various short formats, commercials, music video and animation, I know that story comes first.

So no matter the aspect ratio, length, platform, my aim is always to touch the audience by helping the story's emotions come to life.

For the greater part of the last decade I have been working as Creative Producer for a multitude of national and international clients at various marketing agencies and media networks.
For productions with tighter budget, I help you envisioning how much is possible for your budget, and realising it from idea and concept, planning and shooting, all the way through post production until the final film.

At age 16, I wrote and directed my first short films and music videos. I became an actor, a photographer, worked as a camera operator, an editor, a creative producer, and at some point ended up founding and co-leading a production company within a marketing agency.
Yet, long before any of this, there always have been pictures and movies, stories, emotions, and the urge and luckily the ability to bring them to life and share them with others.
With roots in Peru and Scotland, I grew up as a late 80's child in the West-German countryside, travelling a lot, learning even more.
I lived and worked in Washington D.C., Berlin, Los Angeles, and Hamburg.
After almost a decade of working for various marketing agencies and media networks, beginning 2024, I return to the free market as screen writer and director specialising in fictional and animated formats. And dolce vita.
